I found a really good Website that lets me complain. It's called Complaints Board. If you click on the link you will go to the page I read about Champion Windows. I sure wish I'd have found that site before buying Champion Windows.
I heard of another Website for a free FTP download. FileZilla. I haven't tried it yet but will soon.
